At Rebel Raw, we don’t use high-pressure processing (HPP) because we believe in keeping our food as fresh and minimally processed as possible. Our focus is simple: real, wholesome food for cats and dogs without relying on unnatural processing methods.
HPP is a non-thermal preservation method used in some raw pet foods to reduce bacteria and extend shelf life. Because pressure can inactivate microorganisms and enzymes and alter proteins, we choose not to use HPP. We want our food to stay as close to its natural form as possible.
