Do you use HPP?

No. We do not use HPP, and we do not cook or pasteurize our raw food. Instead, we use a nutritionally superior process called bacteriophaging.

Bacteriophaging is an all-natural, non-GM (genetically modified), highly specific process that reduces or eliminates the presence of disease-causing bacteria, including salmonella, E. coli, and listeria. It targets harmful bacteria while leaving beneficial bacteria intact, preserving the raw nutritional integrity of our food.

It does not impact taste, color, quality, or consistency. It is FDA approved and widely used in the human food industry on products like smoked salmon and deli meats.
