One-time customers
1. Log into your account
Go to our homepage and click the account icon in the top right corner. Enter your login details to access your account.
2. Open your profile
From the dropdown menu, select Profile.
3. Check your store credit
In the Payment Methods section, you’ll see a card labeled Store Credit. Your available balance will be displayed there.
Subscription customers
1. Log into your account
Go to our homepage and click the account icon in the top right corner. Enter your login details to access your account.
2. Open your profile
From the dropdown menu, select Profile.
3. View your subscription
Once you’re logged in, click on Subscriptions at the top of the page, or select View and manage order under your upcoming order details.
4. Viewing your credits
Your subscription price is shown at the top of the page. When your subscription is processed, any available credits will automatically be applied to your total. You’ll see your original subscription cost displayed with a strikethrough, followed by your updated total with credits deducted.
