Keep in mind: Cooking the food will change the texture and reduce some of the naturally occurring nutrients found in raw diets. But it’s still a healthy and safe option if that’s what works best for you and your pet.

Place food in a vacuum-sealed bag.
Heat a water bath to no more than 165°F using a sous vide precision cooker.
Submerge the bag completely and cook for no more than 45 minutes.
Cool before serving.
Skillet Method:
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Cook the food, turning as needed, until it reaches an internal temperature of up to 165°F.
Cool before serving.
Baking Method:
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Spread the food evenly on a baking tray.
Bake until the internal temperature reaches no more than 165°F.
